Mary Ann Cullen of Georgia State, Christopher Shaffer of Troy University and I are editors for this issue. We are currently accepting proposals for articles, as well as peer-reviewers with expertise on the topic of Open and Affordable Educational Resources, particularly as they apply to academic libraries.
