Hi all, Doe anyone know of any statistics on Fair Dealing? David Porter was wondering the following: "Anybody have any stats on fair dealing? That is, how many faculty or instructors make use of the provisions. Library data? Doesn’t some university have an app that automatically captures that kind of data from faculty members submissions and requests for evaluation of fair dealing amounts permissible in Canada?" If you know of any data, please let me know.
