Thanks for the news briefs. I had a lengthy discussion with someone from the UFV student paper back in November. His intention was to write an article by Christmas, but I have yet to see anything appear. I do hear from individual students now and again that there are students interested or planning to make more noise about textbook costs. The current student union president took ownership of the issue a few years ago, but it seems her plate has been well more than full since then. Sadly, no dedicated activists have emerged otherwise.
