Oh no Lin, So sorry to hear that. Well, OI am not sure if it helps, but, you can use YouTube to livestream. I was at a Conference in Europe in the Summer and that is what they did for their keynotes. Worked out well. However, with the weather, I am concerned that if live streaming is an option, people just won't show up and we do have the room costs and a few extra things to cover. - It would be nice to have an appropriate catering order rather than way too much food - we need a final number for the catering by noon tomorrow. - is there someone who could bring a laptop and take care of making sure all the slides are working (Jasmit was going to take care of that) - I would like to be released from thinking of the logistics so that i can concentrate on the program.
