The Incoming Chair duties are to: * Taking minutes (and potentially sending out meeting recaps to the wider BCOEL listserv) * If the Chair is unable to attend a meeting, to lead the meeting in their absence (and arrange a substitute minute-taker) * Observing the Chair in preparation for becoming the 2026/27 Chair.
