I just attended a demo today because we were curious. It's a product EBSCO is selling that is essentially a customized EDS interface targeted at faculty to surface OER and DRM-free ebook content that the library could purchase as a low-cost course text. If you want to preview what it looks like check out the LOUIS site and use the Faculty Portal search box. https://louislibraries.org/alearningla/transform/overview#s-lg-box-wrapper-15225346

The frustrating part is that Ebsco built this in collaboration with libraries (existing customers) and now they're turning it to a fee based product that really is primarily intended to sell more ebooks and secondarily surface OER.
