Should we cancel/postpone event? I've checked with BCIT - they will waive the 80% room cancelation fee so there would be no charge, catering can also be cancelled at no charge. However, with the weather, I am concerned that if live streaming is an option, people just won't show up and we do have the room costs and a few extra things to cover. - It would be nice to have an appropriate catering order rather than way too much food - we need a final number for the catering by noon tomorrow. - is there someone who could bring a laptop and take care of making sure all the slides are working (Jasmit was going to take care of that) - I would like to be released from thinking of the logistics so that i can concentrate on the program.
