Fabulous! Something else to consider - is it worth having a booth at the conference? We had one email from the BCLA offering us a discounted space for a booth at the conference. I know that BCcampus Open had a booth at BCLA some years back and some BCOER librarians helped cover the booth but I think Leva would probably be the best one to say if it was worthwhile.
