Hi Erin, BCcampus has a few printed copies, but I am not sure if there are copies of all of the books you mention. You can borrow the printed copies we have available for a week or two, if that works for you. I am not in the office today, but I will be there on Wednesday for sure. I can look up what we have available and I can send you a list of titles you can borrow. Then we can make plans for delivery/pick up.
