Apologies for any duplicate messages.> Hi All, I'm looking for a real-world example of an OER that includes material under Fair Use or Fair Dealing and has a well-written statement to express that the material is open licensed with the exception of the copyrighted portion. I know I've seen them in the past but I didn't save the links and can't find them now. Suggestions are greatly appreciated!
