Hi Jessica, Most of the OER I see on teaching practices are about online learning. I like this open textbook on Creating Online Learning Experiences<https://open.umn.edu/opentextbooks/textbooks/creating-online-learning-experiences> and also the work by Michelle Pacansky-Brock<https://brocansky.com/teaching>. She does a lot about humanizing online learning. Take a look at the link and see the resources that are in there. All with CC license. Hope this helps.
