Release Form For Open Licensing

I have an instructor working on an open textbook on soil science. She wants to ask colleagues to take pictures of soils this summer when they’re out and about. She’s wondering if there is a release form that she could have them sign indicating that they give permission for the images to carry an open license. I’m assuming that she doesn’t want them to have to go through and put this information on their pictures or the files. Does anybody use something like this? Would you please send me or point me toward a copy or a template? Thank you very much. Heather M. Ross (B.A., B.Ed., M.Ed.) Hi Heather, I recently came across this form at Tacoma Community College's OER site. Hi Heather, Here are some permission letters from the UofA Copyright Office, including ones which seek permission to use content in an OER. Hope this helps! https://www.ualberta.ca/copyright/resources/forms-and-templates Krysta On Tue, Apr 30, 2019 at 4:06 PM Jessica Norman <jessica.norman(a)sait.ca> wrote:
