Lindsey, I can’t speak directly to what you’re talking about, but here’s some information from here: * We don’t pay faculty to create content * We do pay sessional instructors and graduate students who may be working on the project * Their pay is based on an estimated number of hours and they’re paid according to the pay scale applicable to them at the university. * We do not anyone who is not employed by or a student at our university.
