So you can see what other institutions are doing when it comes to using OER in their courses and saving students money. If you see a course similar to what you are teaching, have a look at what OpenTextbook they are using. In leading the OER initiative at Bay Path without a grant to jump-start things, it's become important to demonstrate the successes of OER at other institutions to help with buy-in from faculty and administrators. It would be a lot of work, but very worthwhile, I think.
