Happy Open Education Week!

This year we have a packed schedule of events to celebrate with you. Please find the full schedule attached — here are a few highlights I especially want to draw your attention to:

ZTC Cheers and Peers — Friday, March 6, 11:30am–1:30pm | KPU Surrey

This is the one I'm most excited about! We're hosting a faculty appreciation event to celebrate KPU's Zero Textbook Cost community — a chance to connect with colleagues, enjoy some good food, and reflect on everything we've accomplished together. This event is funded by a BCcampus Open Education Week grant, and we'd love to see you there.

Workshops — We have three workshops running this week:

• ZTC Quest: Finding Quality OER for Your Students — Monday, March 2, 1pm–3pm | Registration closed
• From Annual to Perennial: Renewable Assignment Design — Tuesday, March 3, 10am–12pm | Registration closes at 2pm today
• Foundations First: Designing OER Textbooks for Student Success — Thursday, March 5, 1pm–3pm | Registration closes at 2pm Wednesday
